Finalmente, se decide realizar durante el mismo procedimiento la Cirug\u00eda de Yacoub y una reparaci\u00f3n Mitral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RESULTADOS: La cirug\u00eda se llev\u00f3 a cabo con un tiempo de CEC de 188 minutos. Mediante ecocardiograf\u00eda transtor\u00e1cica se comprueba ausencia de fuga en la v\u00e1lvula mitral junto a una insuficiencia a\u00f3rtica ligera. El paciente permaneci\u00f3 2 d\u00edas en UCI y fue dado de alta sin presentar complicaci\u00f3n alguna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Las t\u00e9cnicas quir\u00fargicas con preservaci\u00f3n de los tejidos propios del paciente han demostrado ser las m\u00e1s beneficiosas, evitando as\u00ed la anticoagulaci\u00f3n y la necesidad de nuevas reintervenciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque la Cirug\u00eda de Yacoub conlleva una importante complejidad, en manos expertas puede asociarse a otras t\u00e9cnicas quir\u00fargicas sin a\u00f1adir un riesgo prohibitivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>COMUNICACIONES POSTER.
