Se le propone comenzar tratamiento biol\u00f3gico, ya que en la actualidad han sido un gran avance, al haber conseguido minimizar la inflamaci\u00f3n que poco a poco va da\u00f1ando las articulaciones en la ESPONDILITIS AXIAL, ANQUILOSANTE Y ESPONDIOARTRITIS de este tipo de pacientes. Generalmente lo que se consigue con estos tratamientos es modificar, de alguna manera, el desarrollo de la enfermedad inhibiendo la inflamaci\u00f3n, y aunque no quiere decir que la enfermedad se detenga, si evita, en gran parte, que las articulaciones se bloqueen o da\u00f1en, que es uno de los grandes riesgos de dicha enfermedad. Los tratamientos biol\u00f3gicos pueden ser inhibidores del TNF (anti-TNF) y los no anti-TNF.\u00a0 Es muy importante cumplir meticulosamente este tipo de tratamiento, nunca suspenderlo sin una orden m\u00e9dica. En \u00e9ste caso el tratamiento consist\u00eda en una inyecci\u00f3n subcut\u00e1nea diaria, la cual, era el propio paciente el que se la pondr\u00eda a s\u00ed mismo en su domicilio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>INTRODUCCION:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez que se toma la decisi\u00f3n, tanto por parte del especialista como por el propio paciente, de comenzar con un tratamiento o terapia biol\u00f3gica es importante que dicho paciente conozca los signos y s\u00edntomas que \u00e9stos tratamientos podr\u00edan provocar y llegado el caso, saber tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo actuar independientemente de la patolog\u00eda que sea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n es importante no olvidar las medidas higi\u00e9nico-diet\u00e9ticas, puesto que ayudar\u00edan a disminuir algunos de los riesgos. Por lo tanto es vital vacunarse y descartar cualquier enfermedad posible latente como por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Infecciones por virus de la Hepatitis B o C<\/li>\n<li>Infecci\u00f3n por virus de inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH)<\/li>\n<li>Tuberculosis<\/li>\n<li>Etc\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>OBJETIVO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro objetivo es conocer lo importante que es antes de iniciar un tratamiento biol\u00f3gico, SABER COMO EST\u00c1 EL PACIENTE INMUNIZADO frente a las infecciones a las que \u00e9ste se expone y por lo tanto, seguir el programa de vacunaci\u00f3n pautado estrictamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PROGRAM OF PREVENTION PREVIOUS TO BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DIAGNOSIS: Axial spondylitis<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>SUMMARY<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A 38-year-old patient diagnosed with AXIAL SPONDILITIS after months taking painkillers (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and corticosteroids) and without improvement. It is proposed to begin the biological treatment, since at present they have been a great advance, having been able to avoid the inflammation that is gradually damaging the joints in the AXIAL SPONYLITIS, ANQUILOSANTE and ESPONDIOARTRITIS of this type of patients. Practically what is achieved with these treatments is to modify, in some way, the development of the disease by inhibiting inflammation, and although it does not mean that the disease stops, if it prevents, in large part, that the joints are blocked or damaged, which is one of the great risks of said disease. Biological treatments can be inhibitors of TNF (anti-TNF) and non-anti-TNF. It is very important to meticulously comply with this type of treatment, never suspend it without a medical order. In this case, the treatment consists of a daily subcutaneous injection, which, it was the patient himself, who would put himself at home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>INTRODUCTION<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the decision is made, both by the specialist and by the patient himself, to start with a biological treatment or therapy it is important that said patient knows the signs and symptoms that these treatments could cause and if necessary, also know how act independently of the pathology that is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0It is also important not to forget the hygienic-dietary measures, since they would help reduce some of the risks. Therefore it is vital to get vaccinated and rule out any possible latent disease such as:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Hepatitis B or C virus infections<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Tuberculosis<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>OBJECTIVE<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our goal is to know how important it is before starting a biological treatment, KNOW HOW THE IMMUNIZED PATIENT IS AGAINST the infections to which he is exposed and therefore, follow the vaccination schedule strictly prescribed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>DESARROLLO DE CASO PR\u00c1CTICO<\/u><\/strong><strong>:\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PROGRAMA DE VACUNACION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paciente derivado de: Reumatolog\u00eda<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diagn\u00f3sticos: espondilitis axial desde hace 1 a\u00f1o, aprox. Ha sido estudiada por parte de Neurolog\u00eda donde se han descartado Infecci\u00f3n Tuberculosa Latente<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alergias conocidas: medicamentosas desconocidas. No alergia espec\u00edfica a la prote\u00edna del huevo, neomicida o gelatina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tratamiento habitual: ahora mismo sin tratamiento (\u00faltimo tratamiento eterocoxib). Pendiente de iniciar tratamiento biol\u00f3gico<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antecedentes vacunaci\u00f3n: refiere vacunaci\u00f3n en la infancia, pero no dispone de documentaci\u00f3n. Recuerda haber pasado varicela en la infancia, no sarampi\u00f3n. Refiere vacunaci\u00f3n antitet\u00e1nica, pendiente de traer cartilla amarilla.
