tracción, el tratamiento se redujo a menos de 8 semanas.
- La fractura conminuta intraarticular fue la que se presentó con mayor frecuencia, advirtiéndose que la articulación interfalángica distal logró el mejor rango de movimiento.
- El uso de la Tracción Digital Dinámica permitió curar las partes blandas dañadas sin detener el tratamiento de las estructuras óseas.
