Antidepresivos y fases del sueño. Revisión bibliográfica

CONCLUSIONES

A pesar del gran arsenal medicamentoso antidepresivo que disponemos, sólo unos pocos tienen buena afinidad por provocar sedación y respetar las fases del sueño, a pesar de ello hemos descrito aquellos que tienen buena sedación pero no respetan las fases propias en cuanto a calidad del sueño y viceversa, pero se siguen empleando debido a su alto poder sedativo, por ello, hemos querido aportar una breve revisión para que sirva de apoyo a aquellos profesionales que no terminen de comprender bien su utilidad terapéutica.
