Luxación congénita de cadera en niña de 1 año de edad. Reducción abierta por vía de Smith-Petersen y osteotomía periacetabular autoestable

La osteotomía periacetabular de Dega puede ser una buena elección en pacientes con displasia congénita de cadera. Tiene la ventaja de ser estable y no precisar fijación con material de osteosíntesis, y de no disminuir la cobertura cefálica posterior.

Si la luxación es alta asociaremos una osteotomía de acortamiento y desrotación femoral estabilizada con material de osteosíntesis.

En todos los casos colocaremos una espica de yeso durante 3 meses.

La prueba de imagen de elección para comprobar la reducción es el TC.
