Trauma perineal tras parto eutócico

Si bien las complicaciones como infección o dehiscencia de la sutura son poco frecuentes, cuando suceden requieren de un correcto seguimiento y principalmente deberemos tratar de prevenir su aparición.

La ausencia de una evidencia científica contundente acerca de las ventajas y desventajas de los diferentes métodos de reparación perineal hacen necesarias nuevas investigaciones con un tamaño muestral adecuado y un riguroso diseño metodológico.
