Efectividad de la homeopatía en el inicio del trabajo de parto

  1. CONCLUSIONES

 A pesar de que el uso de las terapias alternativas en nuestra sociedad va en aumento, en numerosas ocasiones se realiza sin una sólida evidencia que lo avale.  En la actualidad, no hay suficientes pruebas para emplear la homeopatía como método para conseguir un parto a término, ni tampoco para utilizarla durante el parto con el fin de abreviarlo y reducir la necesidad de otro tipo de intervenciones13. Deben realizarse ensayos clínicos con una potencia adecuada y que evalúen resultados clínicamente significativos y los efectos adversos anteriormente citados13.
